I had a three-night stay in a Triple Room. The spaciousness was a pleasant surprise, and I loved the comfortable bedding, which made for great nightly sleep. Plus, the amenities provided were truly useful, making my trip enjoyable. I'd definitely choose this place again.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with the fold-out bed already made up, which was a nice touch. However, the car parking process was less than ideal, as it required retrieving the car from off-site and meant no in-and-out privileges. Additionally, the microwave was confusing to use, and the somewhat lackluster coffee didn’t enhance the experience.

Loved the comfy beds and the easy subway access! It’s awesome being able to grab drinks in the lobby instead of running to a store. My room was pretty spacious compared to most NYC places. Just wished the staff was a bit more friendly, though. They could really use some customer service training.

On the flip side, the AC was acting up on a muggy weekend. They fixed it, but then it was too warm again! Also, the toilet was as moody as a New Yorker, running every minute.

The Junior Suite I stayed in provided a spacious area for me to unwind after busy days in the city, with a well-stocked kitchenette that added to the convenience. However, some things did need attention. The air conditioning acted up on a humid weekend, and it took a couple of attempts to get it fixed. The shower had occasional temperature issues, leaving me with lukewarm water at times. Overall, my visit had ups and downs, but the positives outweighed the negatives. I’d return, especially if those minor issues get resolved.
